A Mandala is Sansrit for circle. The word now has become a generic term for a geometric pattern that represents the comos in a symbolic manner. The box is located on the Schuylkill River trail. My clues start from the Betzwood Picnic area, but there are other ways to access the trail to make your hunt longer or shorter. From the Betzwood area it's about a 6mile round trip, about 1/2 an hour by bike. Mileage is very approximate. From picnic parking head toward Philly. Find the bench dedicated to Raymond Ridge Jr. From bench go 98 footfalls( this should calibrate your steps,I take short steps) to green sign. How far is it to Philadelphia from here? 53 more footfalls down the trail to 27. 18 more paces, stop, look left. You will see a bank riseing from the trail at about 6 feet elevation is an indentation and a small shelf box is hidden by rocks. This stamp looks best when multi-colorered so bring your markers. Please re-hide with care, this is a well traveled trail. Please let me know the condition of the box.
