Heading south Illinois Route 3, turn left at Parkview Drive. Turn right at the entrance to Bolm-Schuhkraft Memorial Park. Park in any available space. Find the Oerter Plaza Sundial. At 10:00 (Daylight Saving Time) the sun will point the direction. Follow the path of the sunlight to the tall grass just beyond the sundial. Between the tall grass you will find the box buried beneath the straw.
