This letterbox is located in the conservation land known as the Knob.
Make your way from the parking lot to the knob proper.
Looking back away from the ocean, you will see a set of stairs, on the harbor side of the path.
Walk down them to the shore, then walk back up until you are standing on the sixth wooden step.
Turn to your left, and look for the fourth large rock from the stairs. It is white and yellow, with mica flakes.
Directly below it is a rock with a wide band across it.
The box is hidden under and behind the white rock.
While you're there, be sure to also look for the letterbox Secrets of the Knob
