In Avon, from the intersection of Rts. 44 & 10, take Rt. 10 North to
Nod Way. Park just before the curve near the guard rail on the right
with a split rail fence behind it.
Walk across the wooden bridge toward the phone pole and to the right
into the woods. Trail between bridge and woods is overgrown – long
pants are recommended. Once in the woods, follow the tree line with
the red garage on the left. Look for blue or pink bands on trees.
The path is much more evident here but there is a lot of downed wood.
Crawl through the trees across the path and continue to the wood
fence on the left.
>From the tuning-fork tree, a bit before the fence, take a reading of
320* and walk to the long fallen log. Examine the back side of the
log for Orion’s treasure. A lot of TLC went into the making of this
box. Please take every measure possible to protect it and keep it
safe, dry and well concealed.
