The first letterbox of a three-generation family of letterbox hunters…....father, daughter and granddaughter.
About a mile and a half North of town, at the top of the hill on the left, is a small park. On a clear day you can see the mountains of Western Maine and all the way to Mt. Washington in NH. After enjoying the vista for a while turn around and visit the small cemetery next to the park. As you walk among the stones you will find ‘Esther’, who seems to be all by her self. After you find ‘Esther’ look up and what you see you will not be able to read. When you find out why you will also find what you are looking for.
