THIS LETTERBOX GOT WET AND IS BEING REPLACED. PLEASE CHECK BACK!
Wickham Park is located at 1329 West Middle Turnpike in Manchester, Connecticut. You can get directions at www.mapquest.com.
Park hours are 9:30am until Sunset.
This is a very easy letterbox with a little bit of walking. It gets you to Wickham Park which is a beautiful park with rolling hills, playgrounds, exotic birds, paths and a great Disc Golf course. It's a great place to bring the kids.
Go through the gate and take your first left up the hill. You will go past the birds and a playground. Bare right at the playground and follow the road to the first parking lot on you left (parking lot B). Park here.
Go to the top of the hill and enjoy the amazing view of Hartford. Go down the hill until you see a little inlet on your right. In there, you will find Disc Golf hole #6. Walk 10 steps into the woods from the end of the golf tee. Turn left and walk to the double trunked tree. There you will find your treasure. Hide well when done.
