You'll "DREAM" about this letterbox located underneath the steps on the Westside of the Diab observation deck.
Get off of exit 213 of Interstate 70 in Belmont County Ohio. Head North on SR331, turn right just past the West Bound exit onto 331. If using this off ramp turn right and then right again. Follow this road around behind Belmont Tech and past the sheriff's office and jail. The Fox Shannon Park is on your left after the Jail within a few hundred yards or so. The letter box is well with in two miles of the exit, maybe even within a mile.
