Start at the Paper Mill Road entrance to the NCR Trail. Turn right and go about a 1/2 mile untill you hit a bridge. Right at the beginning of the bridge on the left side (go past the picnic bench) is a little trail that leads you down under the bridge. On your right side will see a tree that leans over top the water. Then, look on your left side and you will see a medium sized rock with a little rock on top of it. There, will be the letter box. (There is a really big rock a few feet farther left, that is not the right rock).
The NCR Trail is a great place to bike ride.
