Sept 2009 stamp and box replanted.

Nestled between McMinnville and Sparta in Warren County Tennessee, you will find the scenic Rock Island State Park.

From McMinnville, travel East on HWY 70S/1 toward Sparta. Look for brown signs for Rock Island State Park. Turn left toward the community of Rock Island. Turn left under the arch and follow 287 to the entrance of the park. Turn right to enter the park . Look for the road to the main campground, cabins and tennis courts Locate the tennis courts, park in the parking lot and look across the street for the entrance to the Moonshine Trail. Enter the trail and begin to search for the giant funny caterpillar vine on your left. Continue on searching for the ancient concrete ruins on the left. Further along, you will find a popular beech for nature grafitists. Turn your back to this, looking across the path for the inverted "T". Hidden in the right arm of the "T" will be a chest containing the liquid silver you seek. Follow printing instructions carefully to make your best impression.

If you continue down the trail, it connects to the campground road and a right turn here will lead you back to your point of entry.

Another box awaits you at the witches castle.
Keep an eye out for other clues to future boxes in this area.

Please let us know of the status and condition of the box.
