take a 110 bearing true from from the BM52 along weymouth elwood road (newtonville quad)then run a bearing 31 true from the BM 44 just south of this.where the twain meet be yer island now.now at the south end of this island where your triangulation point is theirs a double pine tree joined in the dirt at ground level.theirs burn marks at the base of these.their far enough apart for a possum to crawl between but pinch to almost touching at 4 ft off ground.from these/this tree go 310 magnetic for 25 steps to three small pines.box under needles at base of center tree.
This island is hard to get to if you dont find the monster deer trail to it.took me four times to find it.
