This letterbox is located in Eckhart Park. Enter the park and leave your car in the swimming pool parking lot. Facing east, go over the nearest bridge. Head past the horseshoe pits. Don't stop to swing, as tempting as they may be.
Locate the Merle Bassett Trail head and proceed down the trail. Proceed over the dry creek bridge, rest a spell at the hollow giant sycamore tree if you like. Proceed up the trail and find the Red Mulberry sign. Take four paces to the left of the sign, and look for a hollow log on the left side of the trail.
