Good Luck and Happy Searching!
In Lompoc from Ocean Ave. take South I St. Travel along this road until you reach the Miguelito Canyon County Park Sign. Turn right into the parking lot. Park car and then stroll across the Miguelito bridge. Immediately after the bridge, turn right and follow the path along the creek. Is it flowing? You may be able to see some pretty daffodils off to the side if the season is right. Are they blooming? Stay on the path until you reach the bench between those two towering Redwood trees.
Now take a seat on the bench and relax a bit. Did you bring your birdwatching eyes? Can you hear the song each bird sings? That was nice! Now do you see that one lone tree directly across from where you are sitting? Well, behind it, under a log and some wild vines is why you came.
Please replace when finished and do enjoy the rest of your day in the serinity of one of Lompoc's prettiest little park's!
