To find this letterbox you will need a tape measure. We used a 100ft rolling tape measure. This hunt will take you to Hinesville, Ga. Home of the 3rd infantry division and Ft. Stewart.
Turn off of Hwy 84in Hinesville on to Sandy Run Dr. Sandy Run Dr. is between an Enmark gas station and an Enterprise Rent a car.
Turn on the first road on the left. This is Tupelo trail. Continue on Tupelo trail until you enter James Brown Park. After passing the sign pull into the parking area on the left.
Starting at the James Brown Park sign(big green and white sign) go 880 feet on the asphalt path. You will be walking away from the baseball fields and around the soccer fields. When you have reached 880 feet stop and look to your left. There is a big oak tree with many nooks. When you face the tree the letterbox is in a nook about 3 feet up on the right side of the tree covered in leaves.
After you find the box continue around the path and enjoy the nature trail. Bring a soccer ball and a picnic basket. Happy Hunting.
