This letterbox is dedicated to the most prolific letterbox placer in TX. He was with me when I found my first box, and continues to be my favorite letterbox companion. His creative and finely crafted stamps are enjoyed by all who find them; usually evoking a gasp, laugh or even a blush. You know him as Baby Bear, but I'm proud to call him Brother Bear. You can find this box at Bear Creek Park, of course.

Directions:
From I10 west, exit Eldridge and go north about 2 miles to a stoplight. Turn left here on War Memorial Drive and go about .4 miles, passing the playground and tennis courts on the right. Turn right into the parking lot for Little League Complex 1 Fields 1-4, and park at the far end near the asphalt path.

Clues:
Go left on the path about 100 yards until you are even with a batting cage between 2 baseball fields on the left. Turn right and walk about 20 steps off trail to the right side of a large evergreen tree. Continue walking about 30 steps to the edge of the woods. Turn left and follow the treeline about 40 steps as it bends to the right. Look right for a double-trunk evergreen tree a few steps into the woods, with another double-trunk evergreen tree behind it about 10 steps away from you. Walk to the second tree and look for the camo letterbox hanging from a branch on the back side about 2 feet off the ground. Please replace as described.
