Belle Isle Egret Letterbox
Start at the kiosk, turn right and walk to the end of the parking lot fence. At the end you will see a marker with a number 1 on it. You will be following these markers most of the way. Turn left and follow the gravel path.

You will pass another gravel path on your left. Keep going straight until you reach marker 4.

At marker 4 bear right and go out to the Sireen Reinstein Boardwalk. Enjoy the view and take some pictures. Then return to the gravel path and continue on the way you were going.

Keep following the path until you find marker 7 (at an intersection). Turn right here and go to the lookout tower. Again, enjoy the view and take some pictures. When you are through, walk across the bridge and turn right. You won't be following the markers anymore.

Start counting benches from the intersection. Stop at the fourth bench. Facing the bench, you should see a tree behind and to the left. Look both ways and make sure no one is coming. If the coast is clear, you will find the Egret nesting at the base of the tree under a rock and some dirt. Please rehide carefully and remember to be discreet.

To get back to your car, continue the direction you were going.
