**RETIRED**
The Lawbreaker can be found at Knobbs Creek Park in Elizabeth City, NC. Knobbs Creek Park is on the north side of town, one block east of the merge of Hwy 17 and Business Hwy 17 (Road St.) The nearest crossroads are Ward and Road Streets. The Par 3 golf course, gym, and baseball field can be seen from Hwy 17, although parking is accessed off Ward Road.
New Stamp March 31, 2007.
Here is the riddle:
There's a long fly ball to left, it's outta the park,
The picnic table beyond will soon be it's mark.
Sit at the table and gander at the creek,
To the right is a hiding place and the letterbox you seek.
See a sign with four crimes to draw the badge and the blue?
Literally...behind these fine words, you'll find our last clue.
"X" marks the spot, pull the board, and have a look,
Don't break any laws while you're stamping your book.
