This is a nice untouched spot of Baltimore County that my fiancee and I found...and would like to share it with everyone else!
Warren Rd in Cockeysville: York Rd to Warren Rd, travel east on Warren, the road will split stay on Warren for another 1/4 mile (at the bottom of the hill) you'll see a small pulloff big enough for 2 or 3 cars -park on the right side and follow the road (be careful as there WILL be traffic) follow the guard rail until you reach the ORANGE guard rail...hop over and start up the W-I-D-E trail, about 3/4 of the way up the trail you will notice two trees on the right with a small trail between them, take this trail across a small creek. Keep on the trail you'll step over a small, fallen, moss covered tree...the trail will split again soon...STAY RIGHT! Look for the HEAVILY carved tree...there is a rock behind it with a small tree growing out of it...behind some smaller rocks and underneath the adventure begins!
