In a hamlet named for the institution of higher learning located there, a microbox is hidden. This school burned in a disastrous fire in 1923. Its mascot is the mythical bird born of fire, rising from the ashes of destruction to become bigger and better than before.
Although the campus has grown beyond its confines, a brick wall surrounds the original campus. One wall faces the downtown businesses. Find the resting place facing the beginnings of an oak tree. The box is very close to the back of it.

This is a very busy urban location (unless you get there before the crack of noon), requiring stealth and imagination when finding the box and then stamping.
