This letterbox can be found at a park not a "LONG" way from the town of Haymarket. After you enter the park, take the first road (left) toward the playground. Park at the top parking lot and cross the paved circular turnaround. Go down the grassy hill and find the trail marked by a brown sign that reads "Area Designated Native Plant Habitat."

Follow the trail......past the tree "canopy." Listen for the sound of a babbling brook and follow the trail down the hill. It's a little steep! Once you reach the creek, turn left. Look for the Twin Trunk Tree. Nestled between the rocks in front of this tree is the Long Lost letterbox!

You can turn around and head back or continue on the trail, through the evergreen forest. At the fork in the trail, turn left and this will lead you back up to the main trail.
