UPDATE 10/28/2007 - Box Replaced in NEW location.
12/29/2007 - Box alive annd well.
Proceeed to the LA Zoo in Griffith Park, and park at the far left side of entrance. Walk across the street at the pedestrian crossing toward the Observatory shuttle. Turn right and walk along the street until it empties out onto a dirt path. Take the fork/loop to the left, and three-fourths of the way around the loop there is a large flat boulder bench on your left. Sitting on the rock facing the street, the box can be found behind the boulder to your right under smaller rocks and debris. As always be discreet and re-hide well.
