Hey Hey Hey....This box had been listed missing, after only 1 month in existance and two "could not find reports", on 3/1.
However, since then it has been found. Here is the report from The Hobbits: We found your box on the 13th of March. It was very difficult to find in the bushes, whoever found it before us really hid it. It took us about 15 minutes of serious digging around. We tried to put it back in a way that was hidden but not soo difficult.
The Hobbits

Difficulty: Easy ....Maybe not as easy as I thought.
Time: 10 minutes. Distance ~ 20 feet round trip if you get to park close. This is a great box to retrieve and stamp if you are in the middle of a sleet storm.....thats when I placed it.
Please bring your stamp, a stamp pad, pen and an old rag to wipe off the box/your hands. This is a very busy rest stop with a placement that is hard to be discrete when finding....but I trust you to do your best. Please screw on the cap securely when done stamping to keep the contents dry.

The "Safari Man- On The Highway and Interstate" series depicts things one might see as they drive the highways of the U.S. These are targeted mainly for rest stops but might pop up anywhere. This letterbox is titled "THE DREADED ONE". Happy traveling!

Clues: heading east bound out of Louisville on I-64 get off at the rest stop at approximately the 29 mm. Get in the Auto/car parking lane and go to the far (east) end and park at the last spot on the right (if you can). Notice the water drain at the front of this last parking spot. From where the car would be parked, look to the left of the drain. There is a low evergreen bush and in that bush is your quest (amoungst the ice covered limbs at the time of this planting) Your car would be a great place to do the stamping in the winter. One of the picnic tables close by would be great for the warm months. Please let me know the condition of the letterbox if you would be so kind. Cordially, Glenn/Safari Man
