This stamp and clues were inspired by the book "Lisey's Story" by Stephen King. You needn't read the book to find the box, but you might enjoy the hunt more!

From the Tillamook Forest Center, cross the large footbridge to the Fairy Forest. Head west on Wilson Creek Trail--your destination is Wilson Creek Falls, 1.7 miles. As you are walking, you might hear the laughers, as you're just across the pool from their part of the forest. Cross the falls at Boo'ya Moon. Now you're just 25 stations (large steps) from the bool. There may still be a large slab of rock on the trail--a toppled grave marker?--the box is nearby in the vertical crevasse beneath where the sweetheart tree meets the rock, on the right side of the trail. You'll be reaching back for Boo'ya Moon to retrieve the box, it's under a rock in the crevasse. At this same location, you can gaze down into the depths of the pool, if you're visiting when the foilage isn't too dense.

Please be discreet, this is a moderately challenging trail which is pretty popular in the summer months. Please e-mail me regarding status of this box. It's a bool, Happy Hunting!
