**This box is confirmed missing. I may recarve and replant, watch for update**

Trail Difficulty: easy; however, you walk on a soft dirt trail.
Walking distance: about 0.2 miles one way.

This letterbox was placed for the 3rd Annual Tucson Letterboxers Gathering for us by Azroadie. Enjoy.

This letterbox is in Christopher Columbus Park in the northwest part of Tucson. From I-10, take exit 252 and drive west on El Camino del Cerro. Turn left (south) on Silverbell Road. Turn left (east) into Columbus Park. Continue straight and park in the most northern parking lot.

From the parking lot, walk past Ramada 4 to Ramada 5 on the north edge of the lake. Continue walking south to the east edge of the lake. Walk towards a very large broad Eucalyptus Tree on the edge of the lake with a picnic table and BBQ grill under it. Just before you arrive at it, turn to your left and walk over to a 3 ft. high purple vertical pipe. At the pipe, turn right ans walk south on the dirt road to twin Palm Trees on the right side of the road. From the Palm Trees, go at about 108 degrees (from mag. north) for about 63 steps to a grey-green bush just before a drop off (it is the right bush of a pair of similar looking bushes). The box is under the east side of the bush under a flat paving stone covered with some plant debris. Be alert for snakes. Please rehide the box well under the paving stone covered with some plant debris so that it can not be seen from any direction.
