GUMMY WORMS
Gummy Worms are fun .
I hope you like where this box is planted, it is in a fun place.
Viney Hill Brook Park is hard to find. There are nice trails there, the Gummy Worms box is planted on the Red Trail .
Find Gates Road off Rt. 154 in Essex . From there find Cedar Grove Road and follow that road and it goes under the highway , [ RT. 9 ] Go to a stop sign and cross over that street and park in the parking lot. There are maps there.
Take the Blue Quarry Pond Trail . It goes down hill to an intersection with orange wide trail. Turn left and then quick right onto the Red Trail. Pass by some big rocks to a right trail that has a small sign . It says to Observation Rock. Follow this trail all the way to the end and a large Rock. From the rock due west is a tree with three trunks, you will find Gummy Worms there. Cover it up well, this is a nice place to watch for birds and small animals. Go back to your car , or continue to walk some of the other trails.
If you live in this town , you can swim here at the beach in the summer . If you do not live in this town, the trails are open for you .
