In Folsom take Natoma Street to Hancock Drive and go to the end of the road. Near 142 Rebecca Way.
Park your car and take the trail up to the stop sign. When you reach the stop sign you turn left. Stay on the path and go past the birdhouses to the Y in the bike path. Turn left at the Y and keep on walking until' you come to 2 oak trees right next to each other. After the second oaktree take 17 steps forward. Then go off the path to the left to a group of rocks. The letterbox is underneath a group of rocks on the far side.
