At the Southern end of Arkansas (ARK) City, right at the bridge, you will see Newman park. After you pull into the parking area, let the troops run wild to explore Fort Arkansas City. DON'T FORGET TO BRING YOUR KITES!!!! After going down the slide or the emergency exit pole, head over to the Captain's seat on the canon. The Canon's aim will lead the way to the treasure you seek!
