Directions: Go to Phillips Park at 112 N. Marines Boulevard in Jacksonville. A landmark is the "Cotton Patch" sign. Park at the far end of parking lot near the children's playground equipment.
Clue: Easy
Enter through the wooden fence at the children's playground equipment and where the sidewalk begins. Follow the sidewalk to the right and continue on to where there is a metal bench that faces the creek. Continue following the metal fence to it's end. Look carefully in the shrubs and the stamp lies below.
