It's a "Letter" letter box.
This one is located on Tranquility Island in Kerrville, Texas. A nice, quiet, contemplatative place. Find the island, and proceed to the dedication plaque dated May 1988. From the plaque, look 300 degrees (westish...)and find the island on the island, marked with 10 crepe myrtles. Go to the west side of the island on the island. Look north (20 degrees) to find a park bench. Go to the bench. Turn and count 14 steps back to the island on the island. Stoop down and find the box hidden in a crevice of the wall.
This is a 2-sided stamp, so make sure you stamp both sides. Please rehide well, and let us know you found it.
