Go through Coast Highway Intersection.
Road comes to a T (Ocean Side Harbour).
Left at T (Camp Pendelton is on right).
The following drive will be .8 miles.
Take the first right.
Follow sign to North Harbour.
Pass the Department of Harbour and Beaches (on right).
Follow signs and go past the Jolly Roger Restaurant (on left).
Pass sign "Small Craft Harbour District."
Go three quarters around circle and park in lot, about 2008 Harbor Drive.
Look toward the circle. See sign "Oceanside Marina Suites Waterfront Lodging." between two palm trees.
At the highest point at the fence covered in brush is "USMC #1.
