About the Series
This letterbox is my 5-year-old's first letterbox. She was so excited about this hobby, she came home and made her own book and box. I had to help her out with getting a few things ironed out (like making the stamp), but the theme and series are completely hers.

About the Park
Cottonwoord park is made up of 25.31 acres at Cottonwood and Belt Line. It has picnic and playground equipment, two pavilions, two lakes, swimming pool, baby pool, two lighted tennis courts, sand volleyball court, 1.1 miles of trails, and multi-use concrete court. Restroom facilities. YOu can also enjoy the paved trail for 1.1 miles (5867 L.F.)

Twice a year, this park is host to the Cottonwood Art festival. YOu can learn more about this wonderful event at: http://www.cottonwoodartfestival.com/.

Finding the Letterbox

**PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LOCATE THIS LETTERBOX DURING THE COTTONWOOD ART FESTIVAL!There are too many people and the letterbox may become compromised.**

From the corner of Coit and Beltline, head east on Beltine and turn South on Cottonwood. Park on Cottonwood, as close to the bridge as possible. Head east toward the bridge, enjoying the waterfall on the left and the sounds of children playing in the playground across the lake on your right.

Cross over the bridge and turn around, facing West. Count 29 poles on the left side of the bridge railing. There will be a big bush there. Following the 29th pole, bend down and reach under the bridge for a glass jar. Since you can't see where you are putting your hand, use caution.
