The Dr Pepper Museum is located at 300 South 5th street in downtown Waco. To get there take I-35 and exit at the 4th and 5th Streets exit. Turn West on 4th Street. Go to Mary Ave. Turn Left on Mary. The Museum is on the corner of 5th Street and Mary.
Park in the museum parking lot. The parking lot is across 5th street in front of the Museum. There are three exits from the parking lot (one for cars and two for pedestrians.) While standing in the parking lot looking at the museum, the pedestrian exit to the far right (east) is where you need to go. Head toward this exit, but stop before passing through the maroon fence. Stay inside the parking lot and follow the maroon fence to your right (east) for three paces to the first corner where the two maroon fences meet. The letterbox is located on the ground in the corner of these fences. It is under the plants on the ground. Reach through the fence and get the letterbox. Sometimes there are lots of people around, so be sure to wait until the coast is clear. Have fun and don’t forget to check out the museum and gift shop if you’re a Dr Pepper fan.
