SEVEN POINTS, TEXAS. Seven Points is on State Highway 274 twenty miles northwest of Athens in far northwestern Henderson County. The largely residential community grew up in the 1960s after the construction of nearby Cedar Creek Reservoir and was incorporated in the 1970s. The population was 224 in 1980. In 1990 the population was 723, and the community had spread into Kaufman County. By 1992 the community had a bank, a post office, and reported a population of 1,071.

THIS BOX IS MISSING AND WILL NOT BE REPLACED.

Clues to Letterbox “Love is in the Air”.
This box is in the Seven Points Park by the Municipal buildings on hwy. 334. Go east from 274 on 334 for about ½ miles and look left. It is beside the city buildings and behind the post office. Park your car in the closes spot to the park and you will see the helicopter pad and wind sock. Also you will see a pavilion with many tables. You are facing north. Walk past the pavilion to the metal guard rail. Walk along the guard rail to the last trees close to the guard rail. These trees are close to the theater. The box it placed on the ground next to one of the 2 trees with sticks and a rock covering it.
