It's back!

Someday I'll have a stamp of the dam itself, but for now here is one of the Laser Light Show. Now I grew up watching the Laser Light Show and can pretty much recite the whole thing by heart. Afterall, it is the main attraction in the area. Anyone who is visiting the Coulee during the summer should take a night to see it. The show runs nightly from Memorial Day to the end of September. It tells the story of the Columbia River, surrounding Native American tribes, and the building of Grand Coulee Dam. Viewing times can be found here: http://www.grandcouleedam.com/aboutlls.html , at the Visitor Arrival Center or at pretty much any local business. My favorite viewing spots are Mason City Park (on the other side of the bridge, across from the Coulee Motel) and the grass below the VAC. Both areas have seating and speakers and offer great views of the show.

Clues:
Park in the lower lot of the Visitor Arrival Center. Walk north on Columbia Avenue until you find Douglas Park.

Follow stone paths to the lowest point.
Cross the arch and look around the joint.
The gardens and dam are picturesque to see,
But toward the bridge is where you want to be.
A stone wall stands about chest height,
Wisteria above makes a pretty sight.
Step over to the wisteria trunk and pause,
Look underneath for rocks without a cause.
