This park is located down by SMCC in South Portland, and Joe's Boathouse.
Once you find the location, park your vehicle down by the water. Find the "teachers" bench. Directly behind this bench in the woods is a three trunk tree, behind covered by mulch is what you seek.
This location can be very busy with people flying kites, walking dogs, etc. So please be discreet and rehide.
