This mini-box is hidden in downtown Moab at the visitor's information center corner of Main and Center - a very worthwhile visit if you're new to the area.
On the east side of the parking lot there's a divider strip of plantings between the information center parking lot and the Center Street square businesses. Locate the set of steps that goes through the planting strip about a 1/3 of the way from the street. To the right (south) of the steps look to the south side of the first caragana bush for three larger rocks. The mini-box is under one of them. You might want to take the box to your car to stamp in as this is a very busy area. Please be super stealthy and rehide carefully.
