You're driving along, and Alki Beach is way way too packed. Just keep going. You'll pass one small park, then another, then you'll come across this little hidden cove: West Seattle Weather Watch Park. Find The Brothers, and stand on top of them. The letterbox is at 160 degrees. But you'll need to access it from the beach.
This small cove looks like flotsam from the main docks naturally float to here.
