Creepy Footprints at Charlestown Park
From Route 30, take the Millersville Exit and head South on Route 741 towards Millersville. At the light at Charlestown Road, turn right. Charlestown park in on the left hand side of the road. Park in the large parking lot on Charlestown Road. (If you get to Route 999, you went too far.)
From the parking lot, cross over the creek on the old rusted bridge heading South. Admire "Old Glory" ahead of you and follow her toward "America's Past Time." Continue South toward the pavilion. (Bring a bagged lunch and enjoy the park. Play catch with the family or a pickup game of Basketball.) Follow the path by the pavilion as it winds down toward and along the creek. On your right hand side you will see "the tree with 8 branches." Seek the first Pine after the tree. Approximately 20 steps behind the pine you will find the "tree with 2 trunks." At the base of the tree, underneath the rock you will find the "Creepy Footprints."
