Blue grass Series Box # 5
With all boxes in the Blue Grass series, we recommend you wear long pants, have on old shoes, and take along bug spray. You’ll also want to be careful to check for ticks when you get home!
If you haven’t already found box number 1, go to the information booth at Blue Grass Pit. The map there will be helpful in finding this an all other letter boxes in this series!
Follow Boonville New-Harmony Road, until you reach Co. Rd. 1200 West also called Klippel Road. You will be turning right. Follow this road until you reach Kansas Road, you will turn left on Kansas. You will see a lot with a sign for parking lot 13. You need to look at the base of the largest of two trees, which are the state of Indiana’s state tree (Tulip Trees). You’ll find something else that will certainly be helpful on your fishing expeditions!
There are a total of 6 stamps in this series so far, so enjoy the hunt. Be sure and keep your map close at hand to help you find the others!
