The "Safari Man- On The Highway/ and Interstate" series depicts things one might see as they drive the highways of the U.S. These are targeted mainly for rest stops but might pop up anywhere. This letterbox is titled SEEN ON HIGHWAYS IN TOWN. Happy traveling!

Traveling west bound between Indianapolis and Terre Haute enter the rest stop at about the 65 mm. Park near the mowed area at the far west end of the park and walk across all park roads while heading south of the pet area. Go to the big box with the antenna on top. From this box take a heading of ~ 165* toward that tree and go 19 steps. Look right (~260*) toward the fence line and see the 3 trunked tree by the fence. Look at the base of this tree for the rescue vehicle seen mostly in town. Please be discrete when retrieving and replacing this pouch since you might be viewable from the picnic tables and cars located not far away. When done stamping in, please replace the pouch as you found it and make sure the zippers for the baggies are closed securely. And if you have time, please be so kind as to let me know the condition of the letterbox by contacting the placer at the top of this clue page. Glad to be of service!!, Glenn/Safari Man...of Vincent, Ohio.
