Flight Deck Stowaway
Jerome Public Library has a letterbook somewhere on a shelf. The library is located at 100 East 1st Avenue in Jerome, Idaho. Once inside, you’ll need to use your Dewey Decimal skills to find exactly where the letterbook is. Try letterbox, letterboxing, letterbook, or Flight Deck as keyword or subject searches, or ask a librarian — we love to help!
The Flight Deck is the library’s teen space. It’s sort of famous among libraries for the sound dome and teen-friendly booths. You can borrow the remote and listen to your choice of music under the dome if you wish – you don’t have to be a teen! The library’s Youth Advisory Committee carved out a small teen space in the library several years ago. When the library was remodeled, thanks to a generous bequest from Evelyn Crowder, the current large and comfortable Flight Deck was created.
Library Hours are 11:00 – 5:00 Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
11:00 – 8:00 Monday and Wednesday
11:00 – 3:00 Saturdays, but closed Saturdays in the summer.
