In honor of Flag Day 2007 & our morning greeting US troops @ DFW Airport, Marissa, Aristeo, Xochitl, Robin, Gabriella, & Gavin decided to hide this stamp.
The stamp is hidden in North Denton at Bowling Green Park on Bowling Green Street. From I-35, take University Drive/380 East. Turn left/North on Malone @ the Whataburger. Turn left/West on Tulane. Take the first right/North on Bowling Green. You will see a small playground and a community garden on the right. The box is hidden in a tree in the park directly across from 2313 Bowling Green. The tree is very large and sits at the edge of a creek. The box is in a nook on the East side of the tree about chest high and hidden under loose bark. Please rehide carefully.
DFW Airport is one of 2 international airports in the US that welcomes US troops home from Iraq for their 2 week R&R. If you are interested in volunteering to welcome our troops, please call 972-574-0392 for flight information. There are flights everyday of the week & it is so touching to be a part of this patriotic gesture. We support our troops!!!
