***I have re-vamped this box due to the original being lost and because the area where it was first hidden has been completely re-vegetated. There is a new stamp (looks much better than the first one) and a new log book ***

Hidden near the closed Whalom Park, this box commemorates the legacy that this great park left. you will need your own ink, blue looks good with the stamp

To find this box, follow Rte 13 to Lunenburg. When you get to the Our lady of the Lake church, take a right and follow this road past another church. Take a right on Lakeside Avenue. Pull into the boat landing parking lot.

walk over to the sign, then take approx. 18 steps toward the lake, following the curb. you should be near an oak tree with some large rocks at it's base. look behind these rocks then down to find the box hidden in a little nook.

It is VITALLY important that this box is well hidden, the area is frequented by fishers. The box contains 2 bags, one for the stamp one for the logbook, please help keep the contents of this box dry.
