Starting at the Ohio side of the Pymatuning Lake causeway head south on Pymatuning Lake Road. Approximately 1 1/2 miles or so is a park office and the entrance to the cabins on your left. Take this road and enjoy the slow drive through the cabins. Just past cabin 53 is a road to the left marked Fishing Point. Take this road all the way to the parking lot. Just before you get to the lot, there is a curve. On the curve is a well trampled path to the right. park in the lot and proceed on that path. Staying to the left whenever the path splits you will see one last curve to the right that leads to the lake. Head to the right toward the water and you will see a gnarly, half-dead tree in front of you. You will have to walk over a big, dead branch to get toward the water. Just before you get to the water you will see a path on the right heading into the woods. Take the path for about 7 steps. There should be a tree in front of you with a double trunk. Turn right and head into the woods about 7 steps. You will see a light gray barked tree with the words "I was here" carved into the tree. At the base of the tree you will find the letterbox hidden by bark. Please rehide well as mugglers will surely spoil this spot.

Enjoy the letterbox and your time at beautiful Pymatuning Lake!
