This box is missing!!

Find your way to the parking lot of Cherry Knolls Park in Centennial. (Go east onto Easter from University Blvd and then north onto Elizabeth). As you look across the park, past the ball diamond, you will see the Big Dry Creek Trail running north to south.

Go south on the trail. It will pass under Easter. There will be a pond on the left. Stop and read about Coyotes. Perhaps you will see a pair of Great Blue Herons or Mallards. You can hear the rushing of the water on the creek to your right. Continuing on the main trail, you will pass an interesting tree house on your left.

You will soon cross a bridge over the creek and, shortly after that, a 2nd bridge. starting from the far end of the 2nd bridge, walk 10 paces North to a tree whose branches extend over the trail. There is a hollow tree trunk next to this tree and the box you seek is at its base.

Lots of folks walk this trail. It is kid, bike and dog friendly. The walk is 10 - 15 minutes each way.
