To get to Mud Creek Park go on hwy 281 north to Thousand Oaks Blvd. Take Thousand Oaks to jones Maltsberger. Go north on J/M about one mile. watch for the entrance to Mud Creek Park on the west side of J/M.
Go one quarter mile up the dirt road to the end of the fence. Turn Right at heading of 34 degrees, and follow west fence. Trail may veer from fence line just make sure you go back to it. You will come to a large gate. With your back against the first gate post there is large fallen oak at 280 degrees heading. look behind the partially buried limb for two rocks. Under them you will find your surprise.
