Jasper is located in Dubois County, IN. In the southern part of the state. Famous for it's German Heritage, home to several large wood furniture manufactuers; Kimball, MasterBrand Cabinets etc. as well as Jasper Engines and other many employers. The most famous structure is St. Joseph Catholic Church. It is pretty much in the heart of the city - pretty easy to find as well. While you are here looking for the letterbox, check out the inside of the church - it is beautiful and people friendly too. Please remember while searching that you are on church grounds where several priest reside. Hope you have fun searching!
If you are coming from The South: take 3rd / Newton to 13th street. If you are coming from the North take Newton to 13th street. The main parking lot is where you need to start your hunt. It is on the Northwest side of the church.

After parking in the main lot, head toward the main entrance to the church, pass the doors and head toward the statue of Christ on the cross (south) toward the other parking lot. After turning to stand in front of the cross, continue on the new curvy sidewalk and take a left at the old straight sidewalk. You are now heading back toward another side door to the church. When you come to the T in the sidewalk go right. When you are about even with the back of the church and the 3 large statues of priest on your right - stop and look to your left. You will see a cyclone fence surrounding the A/C units. Walk toward them, as you get to the fence you will see a cluster of large evergreen trees immediately on your right. After passing the 2nd tree there is a slight path. Take 2 steps in and reach under the 3rd tree. There you will find your hidden treasure!!! Please remember to rehide it just as you found it. Thanks for visiting our box!!! We hope to do another one real soon!
