Hill Top View
Trail is moderate to difficult with some steep hills, 1 mile, signs of deer & fox.
Find Anna Jean Cummings park .Drive up the hill and park at the end of the cul-de-sac. You will see a trail going up a hill. Take this trail to the top. Once at the top turn left and follow the trail past some houses and an American flag (or flagpole) on your right. At a cross-road keep going straight up a hill. At the Y in the road stay right and keep going for about 75 paces. (If you pass some rocky patches on the trail you’ve gone too far.) There will be the first large bush on your left. In the center of the bush is the box you seek. Move away the grassy debris. Once you’re done, do your best to cover it back up with dry grass and leaves. When finished, go back down the steep hill the way you came up. At the bottom, turn right on the trail. After awhile the trail splits, take the narrower right side. (If you come to the parking lot, its ok, you just took the shortcut.) Follow the trail to a fence. At the very right end of the fence there is an opening. Go through the opening and turn left and then right on a gravel road that goes between two baseball fields. Stay on the left side. When you cross a wood bridge, you’re done!
