Drive north along River Park Drive until you get to China.
Walk east toward the levee. Then, walk north until you reach the first staircase. Take the stairs to the water. Walk north 17 paces until you reach the water drainage pipe on your left. The box will be found under a flat rock, on the upper west side of the retaining wall that surrounds the drain.
Please note: this letterbox may drift due to flooding on the Mississippi River. Good luck!
