Your quest begins where flying mammals play,
Where wildlife abounds (because its on display).

A yellow jacket post may block your car.
Beyond the wise observatory, it’s not too far.

“Stay on the Trail,” or you may stray
On through a neighborhood of signs, (one might say).

And beyond, a lonely London Plane stands on the left to show
The way into a stand of pines, through which you must go.

On through the grove and to a second of its kind
To a double and quadruple pair of pine sentries you’ll find.

Fifty paces, less or more
Another pair of sentries continues the tour.

One hundred steps, not big and not small
Please do not stumble, slither or crawl.

To your left, a fearsome guardian of thorns stands free.
Behind him, your quarry lies under Zacchaeus’ tree.

Take along makers for the stamp.
