This box is located at Harmon Field, which is near the town of Tryon. It is on Harmon Field Road, located between Route 108 and Route 176. The park includes areas for horse shows, sports fields, a playground, and a creek that's fun for wading.
Drive down the entrance road and park near the playground.
Stand on the paved path with the playground on your right, and the log cabin on your left.
Walk forward toward the wooden walkway behind the playground. Keep walking until you are facing the creek.
Turn 90 degrees to the right and walk along the wooden boardwalk.
Look for the tree on the right hand side. The tree is surrounded by the wooden walkway and the screened pavillion.
Look past the tree, in an opening under the boardwalk. The opening is right next to the screened pavillion.
You should find the box in that opening.
